I am 5'4" and 130 lbs (waist 29", hip 37", thigh 22") I wear size 6 (short) for the Bond Pant, but I wear size 8 (regular) for this Jinks ITB. Even size 8 I don't have any room for base layer, but it's thick enough to keep me warm on the slope. The waterproof is 7/10 in the PNW weather.

Love love love. I had to size up a bit because of the compression. But I am so excited to wear these again in a few weeks.
