For over 75 years, Obermeyer has engineered ski and snowboard apparel that meets the demands of real mountain conditions without compromising on the style teen girls want to wear.

Find the Right Fit for Every Teen

Teen girls' snow jackets need to do two things at once: perform in real conditions and get worn. Obermeyer sizes this collection specifically for teen girls' proportions, not scaled-down adult cuts or oversized youth shapes. The result is a jacket that moves with her and her layers cleanly underneath.

The Rylee Jacket and Rylee Print Jacket offer the same performance-forward cut in a solid or printed colorway, without giving anything up technically. If she wants a more tailored, fashion-forward profile, the Piper Jacket and Isla Jacket deliver that without stepping back from technical build quality. The Reese Jacket rounds out the range for teens who want maximum coverage and a more substantial fit for colder, higher-elevation days.

Across all five jackets, you'll find practical features that teen skiers and snowboarders use: adjustable hoods built for helmets, powder skirts that seal out snow at the waist to keep her dry, zippered hand pockets, and adjustable cuffs.

Performance and Style, Designed Together

From the clean, versatile colorways of the Isla Jacket and Reese Jacket to the expressive print options of the Rylee Print Jacket, there's a jacket here that fits how she skis and how she wants to show up at the lodge.

When it comes to choosing between them, think about conditions first. The Reese Jacket and Rylee Jacket are strong picks for teens who ski in heavy weather or want the most weather protection available. The Piper Jacket suits teens who prioritize mobility and a sleeker profile, particularly for higher-output days or spring conditions. The Isla Jacket sits in a versatile middle ground, balancing insulation with a more refined silhouette.

These are teen girls' snow jackets built with enough durability and considered design that teens won't outgrow the look in a single season.

Why Buy Teen Girls Snow Jackets from Obermeyer

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I look for in teen girls' snow jackets? +

The most important features are waterproofing, insulation rating, and an adjustable fit to accommodate layering underneath. Jackets like the Obermeyer Reese Jacket and Piper Jacket are designed with these priorities in mind, offering weather protection to stay warm and suited to active days on the mountain.

How warm are ski jackets made for teenage girls? +

The easiest way to compare is the fill weight listed on each jacket page.

Are printed ski jackets just as functional as solid-color ones? +

Yes, printed ski jackets use the same technical fabrics and insulation as their solid counterparts; the difference is purely aesthetic. The Obermeyer Rylee Print Jacket shares the same construction as the standard Rylee Jacket while offering a more expressive look.

How do I choose the right fit in a snow jacket for a teenage girl? +

A longer back hem, adjustable cuffs, and a powder skirt are the details that actually matter for fit and snow protection. Obermeyer sizes teen girls' jackets to allow room for a mid-layer without excess bulk that can restrict movement.
