Shipping Costs 

USA Orders

$12.50 for FedEx Ground shipping on orders $150 or less.
Free FedEx Ground shipping on orders over $150.
FedEx 2-Day shipping available for $19.95.

Canada Orders

CAD$25 for FedEx Ground shipping on orders less than CAD$250.
FREE FedEx Ground shipping for orders over CAD$250.

Can I change my order before it ships?

Please take a moment to review your order prior to checkout.

Once the order is in fulfillment process, it will not be possible to change, modify, or cancel the order.  Any potential returns or exchanges would have to take place after the order has shipped. Multiple orders are not able to be merged into one.

When is my Obermeyer order arriving?

Sport Obermeyer is not able to guarantee any delivery dates or times.  Once an order has been picked up by the shipper and has left our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Transit times are calculated by the carrier one day after the order left our facility.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order fulfillment. Most orders placed before noon usually ships the same business day. Orders placed after this time or outside of business hours will be filled the next day possible. Note: the Obermeyer Distribution Center is closed on weekends.

Holiday Shipping Promotion: Christmas Delivery Guarantee

Limited Time Offer: From December 18, 2025 (12:00 AM MST) through December 22, 2025 (2:00 PM MST).

For a limited time, Obermeyer is offering Free Expedited Shipping and a Guaranteed Christmas Delivery on all qualifying orders. This promotional section takes precedence over our standard "No Delivery Guarantee" policy for eligible orders placed during this window.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Qualifying Orders: Offer applies only to orders with a subtotal of $500.00 or more (after discounts, before taxes) shipped to a physical street address within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO).
  • The Guarantee: We guarantee a first delivery attempt by the carrier on or before December 24, 2025. This guarantee is considered fulfilled if the carrier attempts delivery by this date, regardless of whether a recipient is present to sign for or accept the package.
  • Shipping Method: "Expedited Shipping" is defined by the delivery date rather than a specific carrier service. Obermeyer reserves the right to ship via FedEx/UPS Ground or Air at our discretion, provided the carrier’s transit schedule aligns with the December 24 deadline.
  • Exclusions & "Acts of God": Obermeyer is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
    • External Factors: Extreme weather, natural disasters, or national carrier service disruptions (Force Majeure).
    • Customer Error: Incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses or rerouting requests made after the order is placed.
    • Verification Delays: Orders held for payment authorization, fraud review, or security flags.
  • Order Finality: Due to the high-priority fulfillment required for this promotion, orders qualifying for the Christmas Guarantee cannot be modified, cancelled, or changed once submitted."
  • PO Boxes: This offer is not available for P.O. Box addresses, as expedited carrier services typically require a physical street address for delivery.
