1. Sponsor
The Anna Tedesco Kit Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Sport Obermeyer Ltd., 115 Aspen Airport Business Center, Aspen, CO 81611 (“Sponsor” or “Obermeyer”).
Icelantic Skis, Folkrm, and Auclair are providing portions of the prize package but are not sponsors or administrators of the Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sport Obermeyer Ltd., Icelantic Skis, Folkrm, Auclair, and their respective affiliates, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins October 13, 2026 at 9:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) and ends November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
Sponsor’s designated systems will serve as the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, entrants must complete all of the following:

Follow @obermeyer, @annatabasco, @icelantic_skis, @folkrm.mtn, and @auclairsports on Instagram; and

Leave a comment on the official Anna Tedesco Kit Giveaway post tagging three (3) friends.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Additional comments or tags will not result in additional entries.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Entrants must continue to satisfy the entry requirements through the time the potential winner is verified.
Entries generated through automated means, bots, scripts, fraudulent accounts, or other methods intended to circumvent the Giveaway rules or entry limitations are prohibited and may be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random by Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The random drawing will take place on or about November 2, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will not be considered the official winner until eligibility has been verified and all requirements of these Official Rules have been satisfied.
6. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted by direct message only from the official @obermeyer Instagram account.
The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification and provide any information reasonably requested by Sponsor to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner and randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
Obermeyer will never require payment, credit card information, or banking information to claim the prize. Entrants should be aware of fraudulent or impersonator accounts attempting to contact Giveaway participants.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive an Anna Tedesco Kit, consisting of:

One (1) pair of Auclair Outseam Mitts — ARV: $150
Total Approximate Retail Value: $[FINAL TOTAL ARV].
Apparel, gloves/mitts, poles, and other size-dependent prize components are subject to availability. The Icelantic Saba Pro 117 ski length is fixed at 177 cm.
Prize components may be shipped separately by Obermeyer and the participating prize providers.
No cash redemption, transfer, or substitution by the winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with an item of equal or greater value if a listed item becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual retail value of the prize will not be awarded.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly included in these Official Rules.
The winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a completed IRS Form W-9 and any other documentation reasonably necessary for applicable tax reporting prior to prize fulfillment.
Sponsor will report the prize as required by applicable federal and state tax laws.
9. Publicity and Privacy
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, Instagram handle, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements relating to the Giveaway for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
Information collected from the winner will be used for Giveaway administration, verification of eligibility, prize fulfillment, tax compliance, and other purposes permitted by applicable law and Sponsor’s privacy practices.
Sponsor may publicly announce the winner’s name and/or Instagram handle through @obermeyer, Obermeyer.com, or other Obermeyer marketing channels.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules; attempts to tamper with or manipulate the entry or winner-selection process; uses automated, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive methods to participate; submits false or misleading information; or otherwise interferes with the fair and proper administration of the Giveaway.
If fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, platform disruption, security issues, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may select the winner at random from eligible entries received before termination, where appropriate and permitted by law.
Sponsor’s decisions concerning the administration and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless Sport Obermeyer Ltd., Icelantic Skis, Folkrm, Auclair, Instagram, Meta, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted or unavailable internet or wireless service, Instagram outages, lost or delayed entries, errors in transmission, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control that may prevent an entrant from participating.
12. Instagram and Meta Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, each entrant acknowledges that the Giveaway is administered by Sponsor and not by Instagram or Meta and releases Instagram and Meta from responsibility or liability associated with the Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any information provided by an entrant in connection with the Giveaway is being provided to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta.
13. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Giveaway or these Official Rules will be resolved in an appropriate court located in the State of Colorado, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Winner Information
Following verification of the winner, Sponsor may announce the winner through the official @obermeyer Instagram account and/or other Obermeyer channels.
