If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have an or incorrectly shipped item, we are here to help!
Return Authorization Options
Returning Under Your Account:
To generate a shipping label and packing slip:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Order History (top right of the page).
- Find the order whose items you'd like to return.
- Click on Begin a Return.
Returning As a Guest:
If you ordered as a guest, you will first need to verify your email address with us:
- Click this link: Verify Your Email.
- Enter the email address from your order.
- A one-time login link will be sent in an email to that address.
- Click the link in the email to log in.
- (optional) Set a password for your account.
From there you can continue with the Return Authorization instructions above.
Before you return your product please contact our Customer Service team for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
In the email, please include the following:

We will reply with an RA# and please make sure to have the RA # on the shipping label and ship to:

Keep in mind that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
All returned items must be unworn with original tags attached and in the original packaging.
Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents and inspect it to ensure it is unworn and in original condition.
We will then credit back your original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
If you decide you want a different size, color or style, please send back the incorrect size with the RA (see above) and place a new order on our website for the correct size.
This will help us send you your replacement size promptly with no delay.
