We are happy to accept a return within 30 days of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have an or incorrectly shipped item, we are here to help!

Return Authorization

Before you return your product please contact our Customer Service team for a Return Authorization # (RA#).

We will reply with a RA# and please make sure to have the RA # on the shipping label and ship to:

Keep in mind that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
All returned items must be unworn with original tags attached and in the original packaging.
Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents and inspect it to ensure it is unworn and in original condition. We will then credit back your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different size, please send back the incorrect size with the RA (see above) and place a new order on our website for the correct size.
This will help us send you your replacement size promptly with no delay.
