The Obermeyer VIP Pro Program.

Our focus and support has been to offer qualified professionals and influencers who embrace the outdoor lifestyle, the exclusive ability to purchase products for your professional and recreational needs at an industry discount.  Membership is by application only and once approved, renewed on an annual basis.  Care, quality and commitment is behind every garment; our passion derives from the countless individuals’ experiences while enjoying an active lifestyle. We welcome your interest in our VIP Pro Program.

How do I Apply?

Please visit www.obermeyer.com/vip to apply for the Obermeyer Pro Program.  You will be contacted with approval or denial and then can visit this same link to login into your account. 

Who is the Pro Program for?

The Obermeyer Pro Program is for qualified industry professionals and influencers who share in our passion for experiencing the outdoors with friends and family.  Membership to the program needs to be approved and can be cancelled by the brand at any time. 

Process of Acceptance?

After your application is submitted an Obermeyer Pro Representative will contact you via email about your pro account and acceptance status.  We respect your privacy and do not release your email and mailing address to third parties. 

Can I order for others?

We want families to experience the Outdoors together; therefore, we allow purchases not only for you but your family as well.  Abusing this privilege or talking about your pro discount in any of our specialty retailers or other retail stores will result in termination from the program.  

What about returns and repairs?  

All pro returns must be processed directly with Obermeyer.  You may not return items to our specialty retailer partners.  We pride ourselves in our LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY and back our products with 100% confidence.  Please email our Customer Service department at vip@obermeyer.com to start the process.

In your email include the following information:

  • Your original order ID #
  • Style # / color # / size that you are returning
  • The reason for return (i.e. wrong size, damage, etc.)

How do I make sure my membership doesn’t expire?

The expiration of a Pro Membership regardless of the date joined is on June 30th.  We will send a notification email on June 1st and then again, a week before expiration to let you know it is time to renew.  There will be a renew button on the email.

Where can I find Obermeyer?

We want families to experience the Outdoors together; therefore, we allow purchases not only for you but your family as well.  Abusing this privilege or talking about your pro discount in any of our specialty retailers or other retail stores will result in termination from the program.

Membership to this program is a privilege.  Please know we support our specialty retailers by not selling direct.  Please support them as well; they are the foundation of our business and success.
